Chan Si Gong
Chan Si Gong is simple and easy to learn through repeated practice of it’s gentle spiraling movements integral to Chen style Tajiquan, the student can master the way of movement guided by Taiji principles. Chan Si Gong gives you the key to understanding the real art of Taijiquan and Tui Shou (Push Hands). Chan Si Gong is divided into two parts. The exercises of part 1 map out the basic pathway of Qi around the Dantian, while those of part 2 further elaborate the transportation of energy throughout the body. Every movement of each exercise is demonstrated clearly with Master Chen’s direction guiding your Qi along its route spiraling out from the Dantian and returning to the Center.
