What is Yifei Gong?

Yifei Gong only has 6 movements, it is created by Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang, based on the health cultivation principles of Chen style taijiquan.

Suitable to people of all age and can do it either indoor or outdoor and you don’t need any sport equipment.

After one round of exercise resulting in sweating, the whole body feels very comfortable! Naturally, this is a type of aerobice exercise.

With regular practice, one will improve the immunity and body resistance.

Above all, it does not take up much of your time and space with no equipment required. But you need to practice at least one time per day.

  • 1st Form: Front open back close, the action is originated from (Pie Shen Quan) “Draping Body Fist” of Chen Style Taijiquan, repeating this Form nine times.
  • 2nd Form: Back close front open:, the action is originated from (Yun Shou) Rolling Hands Through Clouds of Chen Style Taijiquan, repeating this Form nine times.
  • 3rd Form: Left open right close, the action is originated from (Bao Tou Tui Shan) Protecting the Head and Pushing Mountain of Chen Style Taijiquan, repeating this Form nine times.
  • 4th Form: Right open left close, the action is originated from (Bao Tou Tui Shan) Protecting the Head and Pushing Mountain of Chen Style Taijiquan, repeating this Form nine times.
  • 5th Form: Front open back close, the action is the same as the 1st Form, repeating this Form six times.
  • 6th Form: Back close front open, the action is the same as the 2nd Form, repeating this form six times.
